Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Lence account and its data from here — no app required. Enter the email associated with your account and we'll send you a confirmation link.

We'll email you a link to confirm. Your account is only deleted after you click that link.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your Lence sign-in, profile, workout history and progress, personalization data, notifications, and community group memberships. This action is irreversible.

Data we may retain

We may retain a limited amount of data where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory reasons (for example, transaction and billing records needed for tax and accounting). Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is not used to re-create your account.

Prefer to delete in the app?

You can also delete your account from within Lence: go to Settings → Delete Account. If you need help, contact us at support@lence.fit.
